Carmar uniquely design the software can directly measure 14 kinds of elements (including point, line, circle, arc, ellipse, rectangle, slot, O ring, distance, angle, height, focus plan, curve, close curve) and can preset the frontal ten kinds of elements.
(1) Elements measurement
A. Can measure many types of elements. In addition to basic geometric elements, there are combination of geometric elements and the associated geometric elements
B. Regarding of the distance and angle elements which the user attend, they are not only treated for measuring elements (measured by a direct access to the desired results), but also for structural elements (flexible construction method and powerful functions), thus increasing the flexibility and convenience of measuring the distance and angle.
(2) Element construction
CARMAR software offers nine kinds of struction ways (including extract, combination, parallel, vertical, mirror, symmetry, intersection, tangent, average) to construct geometric elements. CARMAR elements construction allows users to easily deal with some elements which is difficult to measure, thereby enhancing work efficiency.
QIM5008 follow the element types to construct the elements, there are several structural results. We can provide a variety of structural results for the user to choose.
(3) Coordinates System
The software can create mechanical coordinates system and Part coordinates system, shift between the coordinates systems. The software can easily achieve the conversion between the Cartesian coordinates system and polar coordinate, can store and call the Part coordinates systems.
(4) User program
Unrestricted user program record, edit, save and recall functions. User program can be record and edit all the user actions to achieve replication measurements and enhance the measurement efficiency.
Compact and easy user program can replicate the teaching steps, and the powerful visual editing function facilitates the batch test.
CARMAR software records user program through teaching process, the user measure the workpieces at the first time, the system will record the user process automatically, and the user process can be saved in PC for reusing later.
(5) Figures feature
A perfect Figures processing and display funtion (zoom, pan, window displays, partial zoom, zoom all) so that the measurement results are more visual, intuitionistic and user-friendly operation.
(6) Annotation function
The software can directly mark the angle, distance, X direction distance, Y direction distance, radius of circle (arc), diameter and arc length of arc on Graphic Area and element graphices of the Image Area, which make the measure result more intuitionistic.
(7) Systematic error Correction:
The software has the systematic error correction function. The software can make the compensations to the coordinates position systematic errors and vertical systematic errors. For compensation to the coordinates position systematic errors, there are linear compensation and section compensation available.
The software can improved compute size tolerances.
The computing of tolearance in this software is accord with the national standard. In this software the straightness of line and the circularity of circle or arc are described with chart.
Position Tolerance contains positional tolearance, parallelism tolearance, perpendicularity tolearance, angularity tolearance, and coaxiality tolearance. If the result overflows the software can automatically alarm with red style.
(9) Language Conversion
There three languages (Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and English) can accord with the needs of the majority of the users. The system default language is consistent with the computer operating system. Users can switch between English and Chinease through Parameter Setup.
Measurement data can be exported to the default Excel, custom Excel, and fixed-format text.
